Job Description : We have a job opening for Business Analyst (BA / QA) in Finance Domain to join our growing team. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing and managing client requirements. In addition, you will be required to carry out Testing related tasks as well. We are looking for people who are committed and flexible and who possess the right attitude to be part of an innovative organization. Exposure to Cloud and Big Data technology will be added advantage.


  • Elicit and understand regulatory reporting requirements from a compliance perspective.
  • Write requirement specifications that are aligned to Use Cases and business scenarios.
  • Define product requirements/roadmap by identifying milestones, phases, and elements.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering relevant information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Study system capabilities and create process models and workflow diagrams as required.
  • Work closely with development team to resolve their queries regarding requirements.
  • Create user documentation, providing help desk support and train users as and when required.
  • Gather and document requirements for customer projects / implementation and define product configuration or change requests if any.
  • Maintain Product backlog and feature prioritization for product development scrums.

Testing :

  • Should be able to estimate Test efforts from requirements
  • Design Test scenarios, Test cases as per the requirements and execute them
  • Possess thorough knowledge of Back-end testing using SQL Queries
  • Should be able to perform data validation testing of the product
  • Able to upload test results and defects using Test Management Tools

Candidate profile :

  • 3+ years of experience in Financial (preferably banking) domain with exposure to regulatory compliance for US/European market
  • Proficiency in MS excel. Strong conceptual understanding of data modelling and testing environment
  • Should be familiar with Use Case documentation.
  • Innovative mindset and meticulous attention to details.
  • Regulatory experience is a preferred/good to have.

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and valuating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.

  • Collaborate with our Digital Marketing team to develop and execute a demand generation program that increases both sales pipeline volume and velocity.
  • Develop thought-leadership materials designed to accelerate customers and industry awareness and adoption of Hexanika solutions, such as case studies, whitepapers, vertical industry POVs, and other articles.
  • Support the Mid-Market Sales team with a robust sales kit including presentations, briefs, FAQs guides, demos and related collateral.
  • Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, segmentation analysis and 1:1 customer interviews.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and analysis, including win-loss, competitive positioning, and SWOT analysis.
  • Develop and deliver in-depth training to the sales force and channel partners that describe the positioning, value proposition, capabilities, sales strategies, other best practices for Hexanika products & solutions.
